Prep time: 15 min<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cook time: 1hr 20 min<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ingredients <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4 tblsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2 Teaspoons cumin seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 finely chopped onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2 large cloves crushed garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2 stalks celery finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 cup Pink Lentils, rinsed and drained<\/p>\n\n\n\n 500g Large Carrots, peeled and cut into medium sized cubes<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5 cups boiling water<\/p>\n\n\n\n Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
