Food and Beverage Manager of Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge, Maggie Legong, gives us some behind-the-scenes information about the training and empowerment of local community members who are employed at the luxury Hluhluwe lodge:<\/p>\n
“The Rhino Ridge Restaurant Team is slowly but surely becoming stronger by the day. They wrote their first food terminology test yesterday in the Conference Centre. Prior to that they had been spending their free time studying and asking questions – training each other. They took the test very seriously. I’m very proud of them for showing such enthusiasm and participation.”<\/p>\n
