LODGE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Matt Greef, our Lodge Ops Coordinator was born and raised in Pretoria, where he finished school before spending a few years in the National Defence Force. His path soon led him into hospitality with Sun International, where he spent 11 years earning a National Diploma in Business Management and qualifying as an International Auditor in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. The call of the bush took him to Botswana for 7 years as General Manager of Sable Ranch and Shakawe River Lodge. After returning to South Africa post-Covid, he managed several lodges before finding his way to Isibindi. Here, he feels truly at home – combining his love for people, conservation, and Africa’s wild spaces.
