Meet Wiseman, our General Manager at Thonga Beach Lodge. With 19 years in hospitality, he’s done it all – from starting out as a waiter to now leading the team with heart and style. Starting his career as a waiter in 2004, his passion and determination saw him rise through the ranks to a leadership role. He holds a Food and Beverages Certificate and an ICDL computer qualification, equipping him with both operational and management expertise. Today, Wiseman leads the lodge with warmth and professionalism, ensuring guests experience the very best of Isibindi hospitality. His story is a testament to personal growth and the transformative opportunities created through eco-tourism.
